Please read our
Terms of Use, which contains the terms that govern your use of this website and your purchases from us. This Shipping and Returns policy forms part of the Terms of Use.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently ship to locations within the United States of America. We may add other countries or discontinue service to existing countries from time to time. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER SHIPS INTERNATIONALLY, PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS HANDLING CHARGES IN ADDITION TO IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER FOREIGN TAXES - THESE CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SUCH CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES.

SHIPPING METHODS
We currently ship our products via the United States Postal Service ("USPS"), but we may substitute other carriers with equivalent services in our discretion. We will strive to deliver the products to the carrier within a reasonable period of time, usually within one business day of confirmation of your order. We do not guarantee delivery by a particular date or within a particular timeframe. In the event a carrier returns to us any product because it could not be delivered to the address you provided (including items that were not picked up at the Post Office or carrier's office) or was rejected by the recipient (including for refusal to pay customs handling charges, import duties and other foreign taxes), then we will refund you the purchase price of the product (provided the product is undamaged), less: (1) all shipping costs (including any costs incurred as a result of the non-delivery) and (2) a restocking fee equal to 25% of the value of the returned product. In the event non-delivery is claimed, you agree that your sole recourse is to investigate the matter at your expense via the USPS or other carrier. You agree that confirmation of delivery issued by the carrier will be conclusive evidence that the product you ordered has been properly delivered to you. We may modify your shipping address to conform it to USPS or other carrier's standards, as applicable, or if we have reason to believe the address you provided is incorrect, but we are not required to correct addresses and will not be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. For our customers' protection, shipping may be delayed by several days in the event of P.O. box addresses, shipping addresses that differ from billing addresses, discrepancies reported by our credit card processing system, and credit card fraud prevention activities. We do not ship to poste restante addreses, package forwarders, or other addresses that provide for the redirection of the package.

RETURNS
We understand that sometimes customers change their minds after they have purchased a product on the Internet. Accordingly, if you are a retail customer, you may return any product that you purchase from us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in new and unopened condition (the inner and outer film of shrink-wrapped items must be intact). Please contact us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will need to package the product you are returning in the same manner as it was sent to you and mail it to us at your expense. Given the limited availability of our products, we cannot replace any products that are returned to us. Refunds are made only after the product has been delivered to us and if its condition meets our return criteria. If you are a wholesale customer, you agree that all sales are final and that you may not return any products to us for any reason. We do not exchange products for either retail or wholesale customers.

WARRANTY SERVICE
All communications regarding manufacturing defects are handled directly by the manufacturer. Copag will replace any deck with a manufacturing defect found before it has been extensively used. If you need warranty service, please contact COPAG toll-free at 1-866-435-0194 and follow their warranty procedures.
